FutureTales Lab is a privately owned futurology center owned and operated by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) with the goal of conducting research into, and gathering and sharing information on, future trends in areas including Future of Living, Technology & Robotics, Future of Healthcare, Future of Learning, Global Energy, Biodiversity, Climate Crisis, and Space Exploration.

Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited and its operating groups, divisions, and subsidiaries (referred to in this Privacy Policy as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘MQDC’) are committed to protecting your information, which can identify you as an individual, whether directly or indirectly (referred to as “Personal Data”). We therefore explain here how we collect and process personal information about you, how we use and protect this Personal Data, and your rights in relation to this Personal Data.

  • To measure and understand how you respond to a variety of marketing activities so we can ensure our activity is well targeted, relevant, and effective.
  • To ensure the security of MQDC systems, staffs, offices, including the use of CCTV.

We may share your personal data with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • With our affiliates, operating groups, subsidiaries, and divisions, or with third parties if necessary for the purposes listed above. We will require such third parties to conduct activities in a manner consistent with our policies and guidelines in relation to data protection.

We endeavor to only collect personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes for which we collected it. The length of time personal data is retained, and the criteria for determining that time, are dependent on the nature of the personal data and the purpose for which it was provided. For example, your personal data related to managing your account (such as name, email address, and account content, and preferences) are maintained for as long as they are retained by you within your account. Other data, such as records of your activity within the services, are typically maintained only for a short period before being anonymized or pseudonymized.

The Services are not intended for use by children, especially those under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.


Personal data we collect may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your location. If you reside outside Thailand, please be informed that we process and store personal information in Thailand.


We reserve the right to update this policy for any reasons, including but not limited to complying with relevant Thailand laws, Thailand government policy, and regulatory and other obligations of a similar nature. MQDC is responsible for the services or registration forms you are using or accessing, and is the controller responsible for the personal data we collect and process in relation to those service or registration form.
